Client HWR Property contracted the design and construction of a building to be leased for use as an indoor trampoline park. Tuatara Structures’ clear span structural steel design suited the height requirements of the build and easily incorporated a two-storey office space.

Challenge
The initial challenge to overcome on this build was the site itself. The site was contaminated, meaning special attention had to be paid in the preparation stage of the build, and this included asbestos removal. The second consideration was the need for an office space within the building that had the flexibility to be rented out separately to the main space.

Solution
The final build totalled 1,500m2, including 600m2 total of two-storeyed office space. This project was a full turn-key package inclusive of landscaping and carparking.
