SITE VISIT
SITE VISIT
Your first step is to make a time with one of our Tuatara Structures Sales Specialist’s to complete a no-obligation site visit. At this visit we will discuss the requirements of the proposed steel structure, look at the soil composition, the proposed location, time frames and any other specifications or special requirements you may have.
PROPOSAL
PROPOSAL
Following the site visit, all the information goes to our Tuatara Structures Estimator who works through the engineering requirements, wind loading and foundation details. Following this we then present you with an investment proposal for your structure which includes your proposed structure plans, the location on the site and a computer generated render of your proposed investment.
PLANNING
PLANNING
Once the investment proposal is accepted and the specification of the structure is signed off, we work with a team of engineers and draftsmen to finalise the plans for submission to the local authority. From this stage we will handle all documentation, engineering calculations and soil testing, permits and consents necessary to begin the consent process.
CONSTRUCTION
CONSTRUCTION
Once all consents and permits are signed off, Tuatara’s construction process begins which includes substantial pre-building work to speed up the process and minimise the time spent on site.
